it’s low grade high open pit mining doesn’t need a team of experts to make money but it does need a team, there’s nothing to complex about what they are doing as long as they have the right Manning levels and a half decent planing team. A purge is the last thing the need people in the industry notice if a company is consistently advertising positions and generally these companies are avoided.
