If people can't even manage or work on such a simple task then it is obvious a replacement ( a person or a team) is needed. Workers are general attracted to higher wages and if sufficent money is offerred, workers wil enquire and who knows may even join the company.
if peanuts are the wages, then you get monkeys!!
DCN is a small company and therefore have the flexibility to offer higher wages in comparison to those bigger companies where they go by a given standard process.
