But what would they be raising for? They have 5 mill in cash, no more drilling to do, next move is demo plant which is a while away.
I can't see them raising any time soon. Market sell off is due to spec market being a bit shit and also cobalt price (LME) dropping a bit. ASX holders are a fickle bunch.
Building a plant is one thing, setting it up and testing it and making sure all your equipment is producing the very best product will cause delays. Imagine rushing samples, they are terrible and you send them out, all to appease nervous holders. Joe K knows what he is doing.
