    Yes it's later than expected but the number of samples went from 15 to 32.
    The idea of a pilot plant is to sort through problems and streamline process for optimal results. Probably not the best idea to give definitive timeline on COB's behalf.
    Personally pretty confident we will get a deal and or government grant.
    A CR wouldn't bother me if the fundamentals are solid capital raises are fine.
