When we are talking about hundreds of thousands of lives at risk, surely a single piece of paper 'should not' stop EuGeni from being used in India, considering we've already gone through CE approvals, which proves to be safe and effective, and uses the same/similar paperwork/trial results as FDA or TGA.
We've already seen many exemptions made on EUA around the world, for tests or vaccines, don't see why the Indian government cannot make another. Plus it's for the short term, once supplied, we can then accelerate other regulatory approvals.
