Pretty sure in the launch presentation DT mentioned that they was strong initial interest in the test from Spain - possibly with Operon using its contacts as well, so I imagine Spain will soak up alot of initial supply ... and DT also mentioned possible manufacturing in the UK - so the interest is there ... also Asia seem very interested.
