I dont see why his post cant be accurate? A company does not need to announce daily operational matters such as signing a document that hasnt been approved yet. And as it isnt market sensitive to just sign a piece of paper, a director is well within their rights to mention it to a shareholder.
People here seem to be getting frustrated over nothing. The board would be preoccupied with the lithium transaction right not, not investor relations
