If they do get the lithium spin-out off the ground it should be certain winner. Possibly around 1:6 issue to MTC shareholders plus priority allotment in the IPO has to make it so. There's plenty to be done I guess and no guarantee it will be, but I can't see how a shallow high grade lithium resource in Canada wouldn't be in high demand. Then again, they may attempt to sell the project instead. In the quarterly was the following answer re the ASX question on future company funding:
"The Company has adequate funding in place at the moment but anticipates that a further funds will be required within 3 months. The Company believes a capital raising would be successful because it has a successful track record and exploration at the Sturec Gold Project is demonstrating significant success. The Company also notes the renewed interest in its lithium projects which may provide funding alternatives."
