One other question I had for shareholders and someone who may have a legal background is, is it at all possible if shareholders banded together and employed legal representation that they can take legal action against the company or certain members of the company? It isn’t hard to request documents from the register to show share issuing and what took place that AGM that shall not be mentioned. In fact it’s the easiest records to obtain and show exactly how the voting was completed. Also that there was no shareholder approval for any additional shares issued which would mean a lot of changes would have taken place on the voting outcome.
