Hey Sasa and Rick,
I'm fully across the behind the scenes happenings and have been involved since the disgruntled group of shareholders first got together and served the first 249d.
whilst progress has been extremely slow, it does seem that the company is now rattled by the shareholder activism. My only query is after we voted down the remuneration resolutions at the last AGM, why did we not immediately serve another 249d on the board, striking while the iron is hot. Also I am fed up of the company alluding to "issues with previous management". Why is it taking so long to sort this out, why are they still in place and why is there no transparency with this?? And why can't we vote a shareholder with substantial holdings onto the board? The team have my email if you would like to respond in private. Thanks and keep up the good fight
