I don’t believe that anyone buying or selling here has any special insight but that won’t stop the punters coming up with conspiracy theories to explain moves both ways. Either way, this is good value at anything below 10c, especially if you’re happy to wait until production starts in Oman at the end of the year and fair fair value gets closer to 15c. Meanwhile you’ve got a free hit at Saudi if we get any favourable news (which could happen either by us being awarded all or part of the license or by any subsequent deals involving our DFS if the license is awarded to another party).
