    The financing is a big concern but I’m sure we all agree with your thoughts on that.
    The capex needed back in 2013 was USD $257 million I would have expected that figure to at least double by now.
    A 50/50 JV with a well heeled company would be the safest option imo.
    We can only hope for the best.
