You're right Mo. I also see there's an April 12 milestone referring to the bank loan. Alara announced the bank loan was approved over a year ago. We gotta ask why it hasn't been drawn down yet and why we got diluted (with another placement) when funding was already available.
There's been no update on Alizz bank's 10 OMR loan announced round Feb last year, but they were taken over by another bank (OAB) months ago. I sniff an overdue disclosure on the way.
