    Any guess for when we will be debt free?

    would it be possible by the end Oct 2021 allowing for future dividends?

    We are probably at $200m debt now after the last dividend payment. We should generate a further $250m in the next 6 months

    market would re rate the stock further once this occurs.

    With land portfolio around Ipswich worth ~$300M, this stock should be trading north of $2 if it generates $500m a year in EBITDA and no debt.
