IMO BTC is not going away, as for the other cryptos, I don't enough about them. BTC bank the unbanked in places like EL Salvador. It took me a year to get my head around it. I also bought BTC like DCN when it was unloved and when you couldn't give it away.
My advice is put it on your radar, you wont need much of it either. Google Paul Tudor Jones.
There is lots of currency sloshing around out there looking for a home. I bought BTC incase it caught on.
