Question: what price do you think gold will get too and by when?
I know it its like saying "how long is a piece of string?" but all this talk that gold might go to $3k, $4k, $5k plus is all smoke and mirrors. Does anyone honestly believe it will be allowed to run that high?
So many levers can get pulled which halts any rises, hence my view is that, yes, gold will eventually rise, but once it reaches $3k (maybe a little less) there will be resistance prior to "round numbers" being breached. the FED (or other influencers) will dip into their bag of tricks and suppress the price, in order to "protect" other markets.
As for turnaround stories for DCN, even though we are now a producer, I feel that our company is more of an EXPLORER atm as we are focusing our efforts on areas we are not currently mining.
Hence, the only thing that will spike the SP is SOLID announcements, NOT the price of gold!
