The directors and managers know what the resource figure is likely to be better than anyone else and so no need to push the SP for options conversion. They can convert with confidence if a good figure or decline otherwise. That is one kind of insider advantage that the ASIC has no power to control. How much they can push the JORC consultant to release is another matter.
