I find one needs to read announcements carefully and think carefully about the content. Sometimes they can be written in a way that does not correctly communicate exactly what they intend - we all write stuff that poorly communicates. If in doubt its always good to ask the company. On the other hand often it is what they don't say which is as important as what they do state. They are just summary documents.
