    anyone know why this stock is not higher.....eps 43c for 2003, and a dividen of about 25 cps........

    currently trading at about a pe of 8 for 2003.........last announcement re-assured of directors 35% growth for fy2003.......give it a fair pe of 12 we get $5.16.....currently trading at $3.48
