Hard to say without a full cost breakdown, but it could be driven by any number of things. Seems to be a bit of uncertainty as well $21-$25k is a large range, much larger than the production guidance range would indicate.

    My ideas:
    1. Increased sustaining capital. There are a few projects mentioned on the first page related to environmental safety and sustainability which would fall in sustaining capital and this could be making an impact
    2. Labour inflation, there is intense competition for labour between various mining projects and mining operations at the moment, and this has driven some fairly significant labour inflation across the board.

I would expect the second one would definitely be an impact, it is having an impact in other states, not sure Tasmania would be exempt from that.
