I think there was certainly overseas institutional investment seeing the buying started before our tax year finishing and local institutional would stop buying too seeing they think retail will sell at that time especially with a low SOI as we have here as well that can greatly affect SP more.
I wonder if patents are nearly are given and priced in already. This could maybe explain the surge.
All is looking very good here and this SP is a much more a fair reflection than the one we had only two months ago. Plenty of news to come from many angles. Probably patents first IMO.
