Interesting after the close action where a sale wiped the 17c...

Interesting after the close action where a sale wiped the 17c bid plus 200 shares at 16.5c.
That 20,000 share sale would have netted them $100 more if they had matched the 19800 shares on offer at 17c.
It’s only chicken feed, but certainly gave the appearance that somebody really wanted the share price to be reported at 16.5c at the close, not the 17.5c it was at 3:59pm.
I wonder why?
Maybe somebody hoping to accumulate a larger holding?
I hope so. Somebody wanting even just a couple of million shares would push this stock up to 25c+
