Yes there are many ways of raising your concerns with a board ... in likely order of effectiveness ...

- email them
- write them an old-fashioned letter on paper
- get hold of a mobile number and SMS one of the board
- submit a question to a board or shareholder meeting
- join a shareholder meeting online
- show up at a shareholder meeting in person
- organise a shareholder action group and make sure you represent them
- get a (relatively high-level) job at BNL
- nominate for a board position- nominate for and win a board position
- buy an awful lot of shares and let BNL management find you and ask your opinion
