I believe that non disclosure agreements can superseded the continuous discloses clause however I think in those circumstances the directors are barred from trading for the period. I don’t fully understand the all the rules but the gist is obvious. Insider trading is what they’re trying to avert.
acting in shareholders interests is an obligation, how they go about shareholder relations is up to them though. We all wouldn’t be having this conversation if the BNL share price only went up! As share holders We are literally owners of the company and should demand better insights into company operations if that’s what we want or simply divest.
