Very impressed with Siren completing a Maiden JORC Resource by the end of 2021 of between $A600million and $A1.2Billion worth of gold at 5-6grams/tonne (250k-500k Oz @ 5-6gt)within 14 months of listing on the ASX. An exceptional effort by Brian Rodan and Paul Angus and the drill team.
This is JORC Resource is only based on the Alexander River deposit, not the other 7 deposits.
Again Siren Gold highlights the similarities between Federation Gold's Blackwater Gold deposit, which is next door to Siren Gold's Alexander River. Where Blackwater is over 2,000metres deep with more high-grade gold beneath this level.
Siren Gold also highlights the 2 mineralised corridors, where Big RIver and Alexander RIver are situated in.
Siren Gold has one of the largest tenement packages on the Southern Island of New Zealand. Over 830square kms.
I look forward to more high grade gold results at Alexander River and drilling starts at Golden Point in August 2021, where 22 drill pad access has been granted.
2.3 Golden Point
The Company was granted an exploration permit EP 60648 on 19 March 2021 for an initial 5-year term. This area was
previously part of the Reefton South prospecting permit. The tenement covers 4,620 hectares from which 1,357
tonnes, recovering 410oz of gold at an average grade of 9.4g/t was historically mined between 1884 – 1908 at the
Golden Point mine.
The Department of Conservation (DoC) has granted access for 22 drill pads, with drilling scheduled to commence in
August 2021.
Mapping and infill soil sampling (both gold and arsenic) has confirmed that there are three reefs within the permit,
named Golden Point, Morning Star and New Discovery (Figure 17).
The Golden Point reef extends from north of Soldier’s Road Fault for over 2kms to the south and strikes parallel to the Globe Progress mineralisation 3kms to the east, which produced over 1Moz of gold. (Worth $A2.549Billion today)
