IfSNG achieves annual production of 100K oz Au then a P/E ratio of 5x isconservative. Subject to the Life of Mine expectancy (proved reserves,indicated & inferred resource) a higher P/E ratio may be applicable.As Gold production becomes increasingly certain & de-risked, theMarket & Analysts will rely on DCF & NPV models to forecast SharePrice. Real Case Study - PEA Summary - Sensitivity Analysis Below is an extract from a current PEA/PFS (Canadian Gold Mine Developer) that illustrates the impact of key variables such as Gold Price, Capex & Opex on NPV and IRR. This may be a reasonable analogue if you are wanting confirmation of the numbers used by @Goldhunter122 and to understand the sensitivity of economic viability.

3. Resource Valuations. - Here are somePeer Comparisons (Canadian Data) for Enterprise Value/ Measured & IndicatedResource Ounce.
As you can see from the chart below, the Market can ascribe a broad range ofvalues depending on a range of variables that contribute to the success of acompany.

Thanks for the info, i agree our crystal balls can't see that far, was just wondering if my cloudy crystal ball was from the same shop as yours and gold hunters. Nothing is certain except for the strange pricing the ASX has on some shares.
