As for the mineral resources+rights. Check out section 5.7, 5.8 and 11.2.
The tenement contains a hematite resource (which TI1 is exploiting) and also an itabirite resource. It is this itabirite you and Pihrana are talking about right? ~40Mt indicated. This itabirite resource is covered by a mineral rights agreement that gives CIM (Colomi) an option over these resources. Tombador can not touch them.
