given that this report is backwards looking why would it have anything on Ellume ??.. its still 2-3 months away from renewal. Imvho we wont hear a peep until Oct.. does not mean negotiations are not in progress but we certainly won't hear anything and not even a "we are in negotiations" as that is not material.. what is material is when the deal is re-signed..
