Must be about five years ago I was looking around for somewhere else to lose some money and I invested in a well known (?) WA earbud manufacturer, one of their hopes was for an OEM deal, which they actually now have one, wherein their buds are simply rebranded by their customer. This was my introduction to the term OEM, which is why I don't consider Apple an OEM company in this sense. I agree with BW in his assessment of what type of OEM company ADO are dealing with.
