What's it worth?... good question, and, nobody knows...
I would argue that our MC as of now should be an easy 10M or so (5c+), with no blue sky built in...that is, speculation would add to the price.
On a JV announcement?.... that's going to depend on the terms and dilution, remember, this will be a $30-40m transaction with EMP taking dilution in return for a substantial commitment to drill. We may get some return of costs and we may be committed to a partial drill funding.
You say $50m??... I wouldn't argue that figure, again, it depends..... between $20-50m is as close as I'd bet!!
