only 187m shares on issue top 20 hold 50% production partnership most likely this year imo... (could drop at any time) MC of only $6.5m very tight register.... given most are long term or plan to hold until partnership news.... This is a rare find given MC so low and will explode on an Exxon/Beach etc partnership... good chart with accumulation occurring in the lower range of that massive 2/2 candle... cant stay in this range forever as the well is nearly drained.... imo we will be playing above 3.9c soon...
