Do you really think the management is stupid enough to acquire RSG? France is pulling out its troops in Mali which will soon rely on 1000 mercenaries from Russia to keep them safe from the terrorists. That means all mining companies will need to pay a protection fee to keep them safe. Why would you bet in that country? Also, you don't have to acquire the debt if you buy their mines (just saying).
