Thank you both. It would have been much better if BHP clearly stated the transaction with record date and ratio. WPL has taken off quite well given the energy prices hike in recent weeks. I am all for this synergy and cleaning BHP's balance sheet for good, but I am curious to learn impact on BHP's SP before and after the transaction. Interesting space.
