Headwind might've changed, though the fundamental has not changed substantially.
Most long term holders probably don't care about a blip or two, neither do Yanzhou and Cinda to my guess.
When you compare YAL to Yanzhou Coal, YAL's daddy, you'll see YAL's true value: in terms of PE ratio, market cap to asset value etc. YAL's financially backed by Yanzhou so there's no collapse risk unlike WHC in Oct 2020.
Personally I'm happy to wait for either the divvy and/or higher share price.
