Sorry I also see we purchased McPhillamys for 150 M using equity ( with Equity at 4.70 per share )
In theory those 32 million shares are now worth circa 64 Million so there is an argument for good will adjustment that could be made being the difference between 150 to 64 + any additional investments that add to our asset value.
But clearly that won't reduce our NTA by much from 2.10.
