The term Tier 1 is what one bandied about a lot these days. I get p'd off about it because I am (indirectly) invested in a Tier 1 Cu/Au Aalpa at Cascabel in Ecuador. That said Regis knew what they were buying the resource, reserve, and prospectivity. The gold price rise to USD $1,825 odd overnight gives a hint of what they were after. IMVHO.
