They have relationship with Microsoft and Microsoft is helping them in building product and enhancements. I think it would be easily integrate with microsoft dynamics i.e microsoft ERP. mirosoft is fastest growing in cloud base product i.e Microsoft Azure. this will leverage Spenda product to easily integrate with company ERP and cost effective in transformation. other note would be data security of the customer as they would be using microsoft
