Biden wants strategic reserves to be released to push down prices. That will work in the short term but will only delay the oil price upshoot.
That, and lockdown concerns in Europe are putting downward pressure on oil (and ATS price). Didn't think i'd get another bite at the cherry but if the opp comes, i'll accumulate once more.
