So they are not going to build a new plant now.
Well, the new plant was all the rage some time back, but it looks like additional studies on refurbishment have been done.
This is a bit worrying, two companies have failed using that current plant, and can it really be refurbished to truly optimize new technologies - I'm very skeptical about that.
I don't think refurbishing the old plant will make it 100% efficient, I hope they haven't come up with some short cuts and are sacrificing new technology and long term gains to save a few short term dollars.
I was hooked into a new plant and technology solving all the old problems that crucified the two previous owners of the project.
Now we nervously wait and see what the refurbishment results will be.
