I bought into Cyprium for the first time today. I have been watching carefully for six months and finally decided that, despite the chances of the huge market correction, to get into the copper bull market.
As an old Straits Resources shareholder, Nifty is well known to me. It has been the graveyard for many companies but the (low) copper price was always thereabouts as an issue. Companies had to chase high grades underground in an erratic way which obviously was not a good mine plan. With forecast copper prices over the next ~decade, planning should be a lot easier. We have a premier jurisdiction, great people, good intellectual property and a huge resource - it simply does not get any better.
I also like the fact that Barry et al have skin in the game and they are determined not to issue more capital as a funding option. Debt is good in this case. An investment in Cyprium looks like money for old rope to me. I even made money on my first day. Bring it on Barry.
