The report states exactly how much Manganese ore was produced.
The only rock you get paid for is manganese, so if your talking about digging waste rock it counts for nothing.
So let me explain it to you again.
"The report states 2 shipments of 27,000 tonnes each + 20,000 t of unshipped inventory.
total tonnes 27,000 + 27,000 t +20,000 = 74,000 tonnes.
The income for 2 shipments of 27,000 tonnes each = $5,443,000 / 54,000 t= A$100.79/tonne
There was costs involved in digging out the Mn ore in the June quarter = $2,863,000
Add this to the $8,924,000 Sept quarter costs .
ADD $2,863,000 + $8,924,000 = $11,787,000
The report states 2 shipments of 27,000 tonnes each + 20,000 t of unshipped inventory.
total tonnes 27,000 + 27,000 t +20,000 = 74,000 tonnes.
We now divide the total cost of the tonnes produced by the total no of tonnes
$11,787,000 / 74,000t = $159.28/tonne.
Sale price $100.79/t - cost $159.28/tonne = - $58.49/ t LOSS
Add in staff and admin costs to produce the 74,000 tonne = $2,776,000 or $37.51/tonne
AISC costs would be about $159.28/t + $37.51/t = $196.79/tonne cost
(The income for 2 shipments of 27,000 tonnes each = $5,443,000 / 54,000 t= A$100.79/tonne)
Income is $100.79/tonne - costs $196.79
SO TOTAL LOSS /TONNE = $96
These are ALL prices stated in the report.
With costs of $196.79/t that is equal to $5.96/dmtu (33% grade) or A$6.14/dmtu ( 32% grade) This is the breakeven FOB price.
Equal to US$4.48 to US$4.61/dmtu breakeven FOB
