Had a look at the explorer's leveraged to the EV market's quarterly reports and while they are currently bleeding cash their Market Caps are many moons above E25'S. The price of EMM hit 7,000.00 US, seriously we need to get a move on here! No reason why the scooping study can't be released before December, surely it is well known already what they have set out to achieve.
