Believe a new paste plant will be beter value as have had some experiance with second hand plant and its never what you think its going to be. Also unless the same contractor disasembels it , match marks it and reintsalls it you will have problems . Dont think one paste hole encountering water is a big deal as most paste plants operate with the second hole as a spare . Can just grout up the wet hole and drill another .They are not huge diamitor like ventalation shafts its basicaly just a pipe to pump paste down to the working levels . Can still build and commision the paste plant with one hole while you drill the other if shedule was an issue
