You've got some serious balls. I'm pretty sure you'd be in the top 20 shareholders by now.

My understanding is before any trials can start, 2 conditions must be met:

1. EC Pharma must develop a vaping medicine for anxiety that really works
2. IRX must acquire precise dosage technology for a practical vaporizer that can give doctors actionable information

Both of these factors were mentioned in the 4c; one more obviously than the other.

Condition 2, if met, will be the company maker and most likely introduced by VJ Sappani but must also pass the approval of medical gatekeepers Doctors Sud & Saich.

The variable is now that Cannvalate own 19.9% of the company a friendly takeover where existing shareholders receive stock in a publicly listed Cannvalate is a real possibility.
