Some people don't understand the differences between modelling for a "buy" investment (I like to buy it cheap so I model with worst case assumptions) and what a "seller" wants (I am selling it so I use the best assumptions to set my sell price).
Coal will be around for decades, but I want mine to payback by 2030.
