I couldn't agree with you more, Lynas is a steady company well into the execution of the business plan and Lynas reports on that same business plan every quarter. No surprises, lots of progress and yes, the same data points...

Having just hung up from the phone call I can tell you that Amanda sounds upbeat and refreshed after her one month vacation and laughed quite a bit when questioned whether or not she is considering retirement (or another position). I think it is pretty clear that Amanda is enjoying these days immensely at the company she rescued and has no plans on going anywhere soon. All in all great call, great results and as you said, nothing mixed up...
