I posted about this a couple of months ago. The reason they didn put the mine in care and maintenance close out hedge etc is because there is 10percent of the entire company shares at stake on performance shares when the mine was purchased. These hurdles are all based on tonnage mined before a certain date with no profit targets. so it's obvious they are willing to burn cash to meet these targets matter the cost to other holders and hence such a large no vote at previous agm
