I remember watching repeats of the Cisco Kid when I was knee high. First TV show shot in colour. But our TV was still black and white. Cisco wore a heavy emblazoned black coat on his faithful horse Diablo and chased the bad guys across the badlands. I was transfixed. Diablo was a cracker. His sidekick was Pancho whose heavy accent made him unfathomable to me. Cisco and Diablo always saw off the baddies and delivered the goods. I only tell this yarn as a metaphor for what might unfold here with our modern day Diablo coming up with the Motherlode. To finish the story, Pancho’s horse was called Loco. PS I’m just filling time waiting for the drill and lab results and bought a few more yesterday as a top up. GLTAH.
