Just had a look at the ASX 300 list and l think the cut off is more like $1b. MLX would need to be well ahead of a buck to be a chance for inclusion.
This time next year if the works at the mine have been much in line with the plan and Sn keeps ticking upwards a SP of +$1 would be a great outcome.
