Yep but you raised it as an issue. I notice that NML capitalize all their exploration costs which means all the exploration wages and salaries are hidden in capitalized exploration in section 2 of their quarterly.

Also the Henty mine is owner operated so all the employees at the mine from the truck drivers to the plant operators to the cleaners and admin staff would form part of the staff costs. If NML uses contract miners and plant operators then those costs aren't disclosed in staff costs. You can't compare apples and oranges.
